PERBEDAAN POLA KONSUMSI BAHAN MAKANAN SUMBER PROTEIN KELUARGA DI DAERAH PANTAI, DATARAN RENDAH DAN DATARAN TINGGI DI WILAYAH KOTA SEMARANG

ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Pola konsumsi terdiri dari keragaman, jumlah dan frekuensi bahan makanan yang dikonsumsi. Perbedaan pola konsumsi antar kelompok masyarakat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah potensi daerah tempat tinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pola konsumsi bahan makanan sumber protein keluarga di daerah pantai, dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi.
Metode: Penelitian analitik dengan desain belah lintang dan metode survei. Jumlah sampel 30 KK pada setiap tipe wilayah yang diambil dengan cara random sampling. Uji ANOVA digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pola konsumsi bahan makanan sumber protein keluarga di daerah pantai, dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan rata-rata jumlah konsumsi bahan makanan sumber protein, daerah pantai 117,56 gram/kapita/hari (hewani 59,31gram dan nabati 58,24 gram), dataran rendah 154,25 gram/kapita/hari (hewani 51,49 gram dan nabati 103,33 gram), dataran tinggi 154,40 gram/kapita/hari (hewani 77,50 gram dan nabati 75,56 gram). Rata-rata tingkat keragaman bahan makanan sumber protein daerah pantai 14, 8 jenis, dataran rendah 12,1 jenis, dataran tinggi 15,6 jenis. Rata-rata frekuensi bahan makanan sumber protein perbulan daerah pantai 32,17 kali nabati dan 47,7 kali hewani, dataran rendah 21,17 kali nabati dan 44,13 kali hewani, dataran tinggi 35,43 kali nabati dan 40,2 kali hewani. Uji ANOVA menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat keragaman(p= 0,020), frekuensi (p=0,003) dan jumlah (p=0,008) bahan makanan sumber protein yang dikonsumsi keluarga di daerah pantai, dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi.
Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan pola konsumsi bahan makanan sumber protein keluarga di daerah pantai, dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The consumption patterns consist of the variation, quantity and frequency of food material. The differences in consumption patterns intergroup of societies were caused by many kinds of factors , one of them is potential of the region residence. The research aimed to know the differences in family consumption patterns food source of protein in littoral area, lowland and highland.
Methods: The analytic research use split of latitude design and survey methods. The number of sample area 30 families of each type taken up by random sampling method. Anova test used to know the differences in family consumption patterns food source of protein in littoral area, lowland and highland.
Results: The result of researh shows that the average number of consumption food source of protein, in littoral area is 117,56 /grams/capita per day (animal 59,31gram and vegetable 58,24 grams), in lowland is 154,25/grams/capita/day (animal 51,49 gram and vegetable 103,33 grams), in highland is 154,40/grams/capita per day (animal 77,50 gram and vegetable 75,56 grams). The variation average level of food material of protein source in littoral area is 14, 8 varieties, in lowland is 12.1 varieties, and in highlands 15.6 varieties. The frequency average of food material of protein source per month littoral area is 32,17 vegetable times and 47,7 animal times, in lowland is 21,17 vegetable times and 44,13 animal times, in highland is 35,43 vegetable times and 40,2 animal times. Anova test shows that there are differences of variation level (p = 0,020 ), frequency ( p = 0,003 ) and the number of ( p = 0,008 ) food material of protein source consumed by the families which live in littoral area, lowland and highland.
Conclusions: There are differences in family consumption patterns food source of protein in the littoral area , lowland and highland.
