ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Riset Kesehatan Dasar (2013) menunjukkan prevalensi underweight remaja usia 13-15 tahun (11,1%) dan 16-18 tahun (9,4%), sedangkan status gizi gemuk (8,3%) dan sangat gemuk (2,5%). Faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi dilihat dari tingkat konsumsi energi dimana sumber energi salah satunya diperoleh dari asupan lemak, selain itu aktivitas fisik juga berpengaruh pada status gizi. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan asupan lemak dan aktivitas fisik terhadap status gizi remaja di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan rancangan cross sectional secara purposive random sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 66 responden. Data asupan lemak diperoleh dari wawancara menggunakan form recall 24 jam selama 3 hari tidak berturut-turut dan data aktivitas fisik menggunakan form aktivitas fisik yang diisi selama 7 hari oleh responden kemudian dihitung menggunakan Physical Activity Level. Analisis uji korelasi yang digunakan yaitu Pearson Product Moment dan Rank Spearman.
Hasil: Asupan lemak responden mengalami defisit berat (37,9%), aktivitas fisik responden ringan (69,7%) serta status gizi normal (54,5%). Asupan lemak dengan status gizi responden menunjukkan nilai p=0,000 dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi responden dengan nilai p=0,546.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan asupan lemak dengan status gizi, dan tidak terdapat hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Basic Health Research (2013) showed the prevalence of underweight in adolescents aged 13-15 years (11.1%) and 16-18 years (9.4%), while the nutritional status of overweight is 8.3% and obesity 2.5%. Factors that can affect nutritional status can be seen from the level of energy consumption where one source of energy is obtained from fat intake, besides physical activity also affects the nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between fat intake and physical activity on the nutritional status of adolescents at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta.
Methods: This study used a cross sectional design with purposive random sampling where the sample was obtained 66 respondents. Fat intake data were obtained by interview using 24-hour recall form for 3 nonconsecutive days and physical activity data using a physical activity form that was filled in for 7 days by respondents then calculated using the Physical Activity Level. Correlation test analysis used is Pearson Product Moment and Rank Spearman.
Result: Respondents' fat intake experienced a severe deficit (37.9%), light physical activity of respondents (69.7%) and normal nutritional status (54.5%). Fat intake with the nutritional status of the respondent showed a value of p = 0.000 and physical activity with a nutritional status of the respondent with a value of p = 0.546.
Conclusion: There was a relationship between fat intake and nutritional status, and there was no relationship between physical activity and nutritional status.
